Can I exchange my rings a size up or down?
‘Course you can! Getting your ring size nailed when shopping online can be tricky but we have your back. If your ring doesn't fit perfectly when you get it, please contact us as soon as you can so we can arrange an exchange. You’ll be responsible for all shipping costs, sorry about that. We’ll dispatch replacements for free in the UK though. For international orders, you'll need to take care of all shipping costs.

I need a very specific ring size, can you make it happen?
We don't offer any custom sizes, so sorry. We do offer all our rings in as many sizes as we possibly can and do hassle free exchanges. Give the closest ring size a try.
Can I have this design in another material or finish?
Sorry again, we don't do any customisations. Instead we'd like to offer many new designs as often as possible so you can have more choices.
Can you substitute a gem for me?
We can’t currently change gems as we carry specific range of gemstones and most stock is prepared with the stone shown.
Can I add things to my order after I placed it?
We'd love to try but we try to dispatch super fast so can't guarantee it. If you place a new order with whatever extra you want and send us an email to combine your orders, we'll do our best. If our fulfilment centre has already started processing the order, we won't be able to combine however.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to dispatch so fast that we have to consider all sales final once checkout is complete. If you did place an order in error please be super fast and contact us immediately. We'll do our best to stop our fulfilment team before they dispatch.
if your order has already shipped, we can arrange for a return and refund instead.
Can I get a refund for my return?
Sure thing! We offer refund or store credit, whichever you prefer! The store credit never expires, so treat it like $$. Make sure you check out our Returns Policy for any info.
I want to order a gazillion pieces, can I get a discount?!?
Sorry, we can’t offer individual discounts but we always cast some awesome sales so follow us on our social media accounts to get the news and def sign up for our mailing list to get access to secret Coven deals!

How can I use my Spell Points?
So you've gathered some Spell Points? Time to cast some magic! There’s a little tab at the bottom of each page, click on that and go to "Redeem".
How do I use my coupon?
It’s dead easy! Just put in your coupon code during checkout where it asks for “Discount” and then click “Apply”. It will automatically deduct from your total amount. You can only use one coupon at a time.
Your items are on sale with a reduced price, can I also use a coupon?
Hell yeah! Just watch those prices go down baby! Wooooooooo!
My payment won’t get through, WTF?!
Oh banking system, will you ever let us rest? ;-)
Our checkout system is pretty solid so it should give you an idea of why a payment won’t get through. But do get in touch if you need any help or clarification.
Double check your address, post code (zip code), and CVV number. Banks expect the billing address in these fields.
If your payment still seems to be declined for no reason whatsoever, give your bank a call, they might be blocking the payment. Sometimes, banks are just too trigger happy with their automatic fraud prevention systems.
If you are fine with using Paypal, you can complete the payment through that, as a workaround.
My bank charged me more than it says in the invoice you sent to me. Was I overcharged WTF!?
No, no, no, we don’t do such stuff, that’s lame... but banks do!
Make sure you know what currency you are buying in and what currency you are paying. Sometimes this causes confusion as $10 is not £10 (but we wish it was!).
We only accept GBP (UK pound sterling) but you can see our prices in other currencies, for convenience. If your Credit Card is in another currency, banks usually charge a transaction fee that you can only see on your bank statement. That can be annoying. The only real workaround is to use Paypal that shows you exactly how much you will be charged in your currency before you complete the payment.
If you have any concerns about a payment, by all means get in touch with us, we will look carefully into it and make sure all is nice and tidy. We take security matters very seriously!
What shipping options do you offer?
As a base, we offer free shipping in the UK through the normal post and very affordable international shipping, again through the post.
You can upgrade to DPD next day shipping in the UK for a small fee. You can also upgrade to an international tracked service through the post for a bit extra.
We give you all these services for free above specific order values. Note that these amounts don't include taxes or shipping and are in GBP £. You'll be able to see these amounts in your chosen currency during checkout.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship everywhere those hot postman pants can reach. :)
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number, if you chose a tracked service. You can either track through the link in your confirmation email, log into your R+W account and check My orders, or visit the shipping courier we used and input your tracking number.
For international orders, you might need to track the parcel on the website of your local postal service. The same tracking number applies.
I can't wait to get my jewellery, why isn't my order shipped?
We know you can’t wait that’s why we move fast! So don’t panic, a number of things could be the reason:
- It’s weekend! We love our employees and they love their weekend so nobody works during weekends. That means that if you placed your order after noon UK time on Friday, your order will be processed from Monday onwards. Once it has left our processing facility we will let you know with a shipping confirmation.
- We are accidentally out of stock and running around in a panic trying to see how to sort the mess! Mistakes in stock count sometimes happen but we will work like mad to solve the problem in a way that suits you. In such a case, we have probably contacted you already. Check your spam folder and get in touch if you can’t find anything.
- Your order contains a custom item that is being conjured as we speak! Especially the case for Sterling items.
Will you pay for any custom fees?
Each country has it’s own import laws and customs regulations and these are completely out of our control. Any customs charges that occur will be your own responsibility, sorry about that.
What is the material the black items are made of?
Black souls of old witches and conjurers distilled down to a deep black brew. Or close! It’s polyamide nylon plastic then painted black... with that black brew of course.
Can my jewellery wear off?
Yes, don’t we all...! Time is such a b*tch. But with good care, you can delay or keep your shinies in good shape. As with all jewellery, don’t show them off to fish and the underwater creatures (they barely care) and avoid lawn mowing, rock climbing, or tunnelling with them. Any hard chores can break the plastic pieces and wear off the metal or gemstones parts. So be nice to them.
How can I take care of my black/steel items?
Avoid encounters with sea-men, underwater things and archeology projects. Fun as they sound, they can harm or scratch your rings and gemstones.
How to prevent my skin from staining when wearing steel rings?
Hmm so you have a special/rare PH skin and all or many rings seem to rub you the wrong way… literally! No worries. This is completely normal and harmless. Still, a green band is not what you were buying so get that clear nail varnish out of your bag and apply a few coats on the inside of your ring where skin touches it. Let it dry and try again. Magic right?
Every now and then re-apply. Simple as it sounds, this actually works!
My ring broke, can anything be done about it?
Put it in a box and bury it. Hold a moment of silence as well. We hope it was loved in its long life with you. If it died early though, within 1 year from buying, get in touch with us, we might summon it back from the dead for you! ;)
Can I shop at a The Rogue + The Wolf store in person and try stuff on?
We're 100% online and that means we're open 24 hours a day 'n 7 days a week. So turn that insomnia at 5 in the morning into a mad ass shopping spree.
We do have many stockists around the world with brick & mortar shops if you are dying to try and see things up close though. Contact us and we'll point you to the nearest one.
